A woman wearing blue and white bends over just left of the cottage door tending to her beautiful array of flowers. Signed in the lower right corner “Charles E Flower” this work measures 11 x 14 inches (sight) and frame measuring 15.25 x 19.25 inches. The condition of the painting shows heavy toning, soiling, discoloration and would highly benefit from a proper cleaning.
